What is Split PDF?
Split PDF extracts pages or divides a document into multiple files without uploading. Split PDF is part of Easy24’s PDF toolbox. Files are processed locally in your browser for normal use; Easy24 does not upload them to finish the job. On the free plan you get 5 uses per day and files up to about 10 MB. What does Split PDF do?
It splits or extracts pages from a PDF in your browser. You can keep selected pages in one file, split by custom ranges into several PDFs, or split every N pages.
What is the difference between Extract and Ranges?
Extract merges the pages you pick into one PDF. Ranges treats each comma-separated group (for example 1-2,3-5) as its own PDF and downloads a ZIP when there is more than one.
How does Every N work?
Enter how many pages each output file should have. A 10-page PDF with N=3 becomes files of pages 1–3, 4–6, 7–9, and 10.
Can I select pages visually?
Yes in Extract mode. Click thumbnails to toggle pages; Select all and Clear sync with the range field.
What if a PDF is password-protected?
Encrypted or locked PDFs may fail. Unlock the file first with the PDF Unlock tool, then split again.
