This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to purchases of digital services on Easy24 (easy24.tools) operated by Mena Soft. By completing a paid order you accept this Agreement together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Parties
Seller: Mena Soft (operator of Easy24 at easy24.tools). Contact: info@mena.software. Buyer: the natural or legal person who completes the paid order on the site.
2. Subject
The subject is the remote sale of digital services (including Pro subscription or paid tool quotas/features as described on the Pricing page) without physical delivery.
3. Service description and price
Service name, features, billing period, and price (including taxes if shown) are stated on the order / Pricing page before payment. Prices may be shown in TRY or other currencies supported by the payment provider. The amount charged is the amount confirmed at checkout.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by licensed payment providers (including iyzico). Easy24 does not store full card numbers. Payment methods shown at checkout (for example Visa, Mastercard) depend on the provider.
5. Performance / delivery
After successful payment, the digital service is made available electronically, usually at once. This constitutes delivery of the digital service.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under rules on distance contracts for digital content/services, the right of withdrawal may not apply where performance has begun with the consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost. By paying for immediate digital access you request early performance. If access was never provided due to our fault, you may contact us for a remedy or refund as described in Delivery and returns.
7. Obligations of the parties
Seller: provide the described digital service with reasonable care; publish contact details; process personal data under the Privacy Policy. Buyer: provide accurate order details; use the service lawfully; keep login or session credentials confidential where accounts exist.
8. Dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer complaints may be submitted to consumer arbitration committees or courts under mandatory consumer protection rules. You may also email info@mena.software.
9. Effective date
This Agreement becomes effective when the Buyer completes payment for the order. The version published on this page on the purchase date applies.
