OpenAbout generators on Easy24
Generators create new values instead of transforming an existing file: passwords, passphrases, UUIDs, Nano IDs, QR codes, barcodes, lorem text, placeholders, gradients, and similar utilities. They are built for quick, repeatable outputs you can copy into another app.
Security-sensitive generators such as passwords use browser cryptography where the tool says so. Always store generated secrets in a password manager. Easy24 does not keep a history of generated passwords on a server.
Visual generators (QR, barcode, placeholders) let you tune size, error correction, and colors before download. Test-scan QR codes with your phone before printing. Placeholder images are for mockups, not production art direction.
Most generators have no daily download cap because they do not process large uploads. Ads may still appear on the free plan. Pro is intended to remove workspace ads when available.
Choose Password or Passphrase for credentials, UUID/Nano ID for identifiers, and QR/Barcode for scannable labels. Related tools on each page suggest variants. Such as switching from random passwords to memorable passphrases.
Identifiers from UUID or Nano ID tools are for application use; do not expect them to be sequential invoice numbers unless you chose a time-sortable variant and designed for it. Read collision and sort notes on the tool page before wiring them into a database schema.
QR and barcode outputs should be tested under real lighting and print sizes. A code that scans on a bright monitor may fail on a glossy sticker. Error correction and quiet-zone margins exist for that reason. Do not crop them away in another editor afterward.
Lorem and placeholder generators unblock design reviews. Replace them before launch. Gradients and similar CSS helpers export snippets you can paste into stylesheets; they are starting points, not full design systems.
Password and passphrase tools expose length, character sets, and ambiguous-character options. Longer is usually stronger than clever substitution. Generate, copy once to a manager, and clear the page. Do not email yourself the result.
Generation without context is dangerous for security and branding alike. A strong password used in two places is no longer strong. A QR that points to a staging URL can ship by mistake. Treat every output as something you must place correctly: vault, inventory SKU, print file, or commit message. Easy24 removes friction from creating the value; your process still owns where it lives afterward. That separation is why we do not keep server-side history of generated secrets.
From onboarding forms that need sample QR codes to engineering tickets that need a Nano ID, generators remove waiting for someone else to run a script. Document what you generated and where you stored it. Easy24 will not remind you later. By design. So pair generation with your team’s vault or issue tracker immediately.
Category questions
Are generated passwords stored?
No. Generation happens in the browser. Copy the value to a password manager; closing the tab clears the page state.
Which QR error correction should I use?
Higher levels survive damage and small prints better but make denser codes. Use Q or H for physical stickers; M is fine for clean screens.
Is UUID v4 random enough?
v4 is fine for most identifiers. Use v7 when you need time-sortable IDs for databases. See the UUID tool notes.
Can I brand placeholder images?
Yes where the tool exposes text and color controls. Keep placeholders obviously fake so they are not confused with final assets.
