How it works

1

Choose length and style

Pick 3–12 words, a separator, and lower / Title / UPPER casing. Optionally append a digit or symbol for site rules.

2

Generate

Words are chosen with cryptographic randomness from the local list. Generate up to 20 phrases at once.

3

Copy or download

Copy a single phrase or the full list, or download a text file. Nothing leaves this tab.

Questions

Is this Diceware?

No. It uses a compact local word list for memorable phrases. For official EFF Diceware lists, use a dedicated Diceware tool.

How strong is a passphrase?

Entropy is roughly words × log2(list size), plus extras for digit/symbol. Aim for about 60+ bits for important accounts; 5–6 words is a solid start here.

Are phrases uploaded?

No. Generation stays in your browser and is never sent to Easy24.

Why add a number or symbol?

Some sites require a digit or symbol. Appending one keeps the phrase memorable while meeting those rules.

Is there a daily limit?

No. This tool is unlimited and does not require an account.

Passphrase vs random password?

Passphrases are easier to type and remember. For maximum entropy in fewer characters, use the Password Generator.
