Easy24 (easy24.tools) is built so most tools process your content in the browser. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it under Turkish KVKK and the EU GDPR where they apply.
Who we are
Easy24 is operated as a browser-first tools product. For privacy questions, use the contact options published on the site (including support links where available). We are the controller of the limited personal data described below.
Browser-first processing
For the majority of tools (PDF, image, text, developer utilities, generators, and similar), your files and text are processed on your device. We do not upload that content to our servers as part of normal use. If a future tool needs a server, we will say so clearly on that tool’s page before you start.
Data we may process
Today we may process: • Technical data needed to serve the website (IP address in server/CDN logs, browser type, pages visited). • Anonymous free-plan quota cookies: easy_did (device id) and easy_usage (daily counters). • Optional support messages you send us (for example via a coffee/support link). When accounts and payments launch, we may also store email, subscription status, billing metadata from the payment provider, and logged-in usage. We will update this policy before that launch.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to: • Provide and secure the service (legitimate interest / contract). • Enforce free-plan daily limits (legitimate interest). • Improve reliability and understand aggregate traffic (legitimate interest). • Meet legal obligations when required. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your tool inputs for advertising profiles.
Cookies and similar technologies
See our Cookies page for the current list. Locale preference is stored in the URL path, not a cookie. Theme preference may be stored in localStorage on your device only.
Advertising
On the free plan we may show third-party advertisements (for example Google AdSense). Ad partners may set their own cookies or use similar technologies subject to their policies and, where required, your consent. Pro plans are intended to be ad-free on the workspace. You can limit ads via browser settings and industry opt-outs where available.
Retention
Quota cookies expire as described on the Cookies page. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. You can clear browser cookies and site storage at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Turkey, KVKK; in the EU, your local DPA). Contact us to exercise these rights. Clearing cookies resets anonymous quotas but does not delete server logs already collected.
Children
Easy24 is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). Do not use the service if you are under the applicable age without parental authority where required.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on the site when practical.
