Security and data protection

Easy24 is designed so your documents do not need to travel. Here is what that means in practice.

Privacy

Files you drop into PDF and image tools are processed locally. We do not get a copy.

Outputs are yours. Do not use the tools for unlawful content.

Only quota cookies today: an anonymous device id and a daily counter.

HTTPS in transit for the app itself. Your PDF bytes stay in memory on your machine.

Cloud PDF sites encrypt uploads and delete them later. Easy24 skips the upload. That is a stronger default for private documents.

Are files stored on Easy24 servers?

Current tools do not upload files. There is no server copy to delete.

Do you have ISO 27001?

Not yet. We do not claim certificates we do not hold. Privacy here comes from architecture: local processing.

What cookies exist?

easy_did and easy_usage only, to enforce the free plan. Locale is in the URL.

Can you remove an unknown PDF password?

No. Unlock only rebuilds a file you can already open. We will not add a cracker.
