How it works
Upload the PDF to sign
Drop the contract, form, or letter you need to mark. Page thumbnails load so you can see where the signature will land.
Create your signature
Type your name with script, classic, or simple styling; draw on the pad; or upload a PNG/JPG you already saved. Pick position, size, ink color, and optionally add today's date.
Choose pages and download
Select specific pages or leave the range empty to sign all of them. Preview placement on thumbnails, then download the signed PDF from your browser.
What is Sign PDF?
A browser-side tool for placing a visual signature on PDF pages. Sign PDF is part of Easy24’s PDF toolbox. Files are processed locally in your browser for normal use; Easy24 does not upload them to finish the job. On the free plan you get 5 uses per day and files up to about 10 MB. Limits are shown before you download. Typical flow: Add a PDF (10 MB). Type your name, draw a signature, or upload a PNG/JPG. Choose position, size, and pages, preview, then download. Visual mark only. Not legally binding. Free: 5 per day. Related tools and reverse conversions appear on the page when a follow-up step is common.

Questions
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
No. Easy24 adds a visual mark to the PDF: typed text, a drawing, or an image. It is not a qualified or advanced electronic signature with identity verification.
Which signature mode should I use?
Type for quick initials on every page. Draw when you want a handwritten look without leaving the browser. Upload when you already have a signature PNG from a scanner or the Signature Maker tool.
Can I sign only the last page?
Yes. Enter the page number in the range field. For example 5 for a five-page PDF: or click that thumbnail. Empty range signs every page.
Does the date appear on drawn or uploaded signatures?
The date line applies to typed signatures only. For draw or upload modes, include the date inside your image if needed.
What file format works for uploaded signatures?
PNG with transparency works best on white or colored pages. JPG is fine for dark ink on a white background.

When to use Sign PDF
People reach for Sign PDF when a quick job should not require installing desktop software or creating an account. Add a typed, drawn, or uploaded signature to PDF pages in your browser. Typical jobs include preparing a packet for email, cleaning a scan before printing, or adjusting pages before a deadline, all without sending the document to a third-party inbox. Compared with installing a desktop suite only for sign pdf, a dedicated page keeps the interface small and the intent obvious. Quota cookies may still track anonymous daily free-plan uses. That is different from receiving your file bytes or pasted text. The free plan allows 5 uses per day and files up to about 10 MB; limits appear before download. If a free-plan limit applies, the workspace shows remaining uses before you commit a download, so you are not surprised after a long wait.
