What does Highlight PDF do?
It draws semi-transparent colored rectangles over areas you select on a PDF page, useful for marking important sections in your browser.
Are these searchable PDF highlights?
No. Marks are drawn onto the page as graphics. They print and share visibly, but are not text-selection annotations in Adobe or Preview.
Can I highlight multiple pages at once?
Each download applies boxes from the page you are viewing. Highlight one page, download, then run again for other pages if needed.
How do I fix a mistake?
Use Undo last to remove the most recent box, or Clear all to start over on the current page.
What if a PDF is password-protected?
Encrypted or locked PDFs may fail. Unlock the file first with the PDF Unlock tool, then highlight again.
