How does pixelation work?
The image is shrunk to fewer pixels, then scaled back up without smoothing: each block becomes a solid color square.
What block size should I use?
8–16 px is subtle. 24–32 px is strong censorship. 64 px is very coarse. Use the slider to find what you need.
Is this different from blur?
Yes. Pixelation creates visible square blocks (mosaic). Blur softens details. Easy24 has both tools.
