What is a line sorter?
A line sorter takes a list of text lines and rearranges or filters them. Common uses are sorting keyword lists alphabetically, removing duplicate entries from a CSV export, shuffling a list for a raffle, and cleaning up blank lines before importing into another tool. This page offers seven operations that can be chained together.

How do I use Line Tools?
Paste a list with one item per line. Click any button. Each click updates the box, so you can chain multiple operations — for example sort then remove duplicates.
What is the difference between Remove empty and Trim whitespace?
Remove empty deletes lines that are blank or contain only spaces. Trim whitespace strips leading and trailing spaces from every line but keeps the line.
Does sort handle special characters correctly?
Yes. Accented letters and language-specific characters are sorted in a natural alphabetical order.
How does Remove duplicates work?
It keeps the first occurrence of each line and removes all later copies. The order of unique lines is preserved.
Can I apply more than one operation?
Yes. Each button updates the box in place. You can sort, then remove duplicates, then shuffle — or any combination.
Is there a daily limit?
No. There is no daily cap on this tool.
