How it works
Upload your clip
Drop MP4, WebM, or MOV up to 25 MB. Processing stays on this device.
Pick a target width
Use 1080p, 720p, 480p, or 360p presets, or drag the custom width slider. Height scales with the aspect ratio.
Resize and download
Choose bitrate quality, watch the progress bar, then download the resized file.
What is Resize Video?
Resize Video downscales short clips in your browser to a chosen width while keeping aspect ratio. Resize Video is part of Easy24’s conversion toolbox. Your input stays in this tab for normal use; Easy24 does not upload that content to process it. This tool has no daily free-plan cap; use it as often as you need. Typical flow: Drop a clip up to 25 MB. Choose a target width (1080p to 360p or custom), pick bitrate quality, preview the output size, then download. Free: 5 per day. Related tools and reverse conversions appear on the page when a follow-up step is common.
Why use this tool

Questions
Can I enlarge a small video?
No. This tool only downscales. Choosing a width at or above the source keeps the same pixel size while still re-encoding.
Will audio always survive?
Often yes when the browser can attach audio tracks from captureStream, but support varies. Mute or missing audio can happen on some devices.
What format is the output?
Usually WebM in Chrome and Edge. Safari may produce MP4. Exact codecs depend on MediaRecorder support.
How is this different from Compress Video?
Compress focuses on bitrate savings with optional max width. Resize Video centers on choosing a target width first, then re-encodes at that size.

When to use Resize Video
If you only need Resize Video once in a while, a browser page is often enough: set options, get a result, move on. Downscale short MP4, WebM, or MOV clips to a target width in your browser while keeping aspect ratio. Paste carefully: whitespace and encoding choices change the output. Use the reverse tool on the page when you need to go back. Search results often mix upload-based converters with local tools. Read the privacy note on this page so you know which model you are using. On Easy24, normal use of this tool keeps processing in your browser. That means the content you paste or the file you pick does not need to be uploaded to finish the job. This page has no daily free-plan cap, so you can run it as often as you need. For product-wide questions about accounts, ads, and Pro, see the site FAQ and Security pages.
